Mike and his staff/crew were easy to work with during the entire project - from design to material selections, site prep to finishing details. We are so pleased with the final product and highly recommend Select Builders.

We just completed a custom home build with Select Builders could have not been more pleased with both the process and the end result. From their employees to their vendors to their subcontractors - all were extremely knowledgeable , professional and committed to making sure that we were satisfied with the finished project.... and we finished exactly on the date promised ! We highly recommend them

We had Select Builders build our beach home in Lewes. Mike and his entire team were outstanding to work with. We brought our idea of what we wanted to build to Mike and with his creativity we were able to design our dream home. Throughout the process as we had thoughts to modify, he was eager to adjust and to accommodate our wishes. The quality of work was superior. They exceeded our expectations throughout the construction process and I would highly recommend his team to anyone to have them build their home. Select Builders is absolutely amazing!

Mike Lynn and the staff at Select Builders were great to work with during our custom home project. They were fully involved, from the various concepts that we had, the engineering, architectural design, finishes, and helpful suggestions along the way. Of course there were changes (mostly created by my wife and I) and Select Builders could not have been more accommodating. The entire process felt like a partnership that everyone had a stake in. We are very pleased with the quality and durability of the finished project. Select Builders has stood behind any issues that occurred and are always there for us. I would recommend them for anyone considering a construction project.

One word... AWESOME. As the owner of a real estate company in the DC Metro area closing over 8000 homes a year and having had numerous personal and vacation homes built, I can honestly tell you that Select Builders is truly the best company to work with from the minute you conduct your initial meeting with them, throughout the entire building process, and beyond. Moving from New Jersey to Delaware we asked several friends to recommend a builder for our new home. SELECT BUILDERS was the overall recommendation. We are SOOO glad we chose SELECT over the others. From the very start we knew we were in good hand. The building process was easy and fun, our SELECT Team was, prompt, knowledgable and very professional. Our home was finished and delivered as described, promised AND on schedule. SELECT did a great job constructing our home, high end appointments, energy efficient products and appliances, we now have a trouble free home for many years. Our family now lives in a beautiful, high quality built home thanks to SELECT BUILDERS.
