Bob is a creative and thoughtful architect. He brings a delightful passion and a breadth of experience to his residential design work. Bob works hard at conveying his design work clearly. For his clients, he makes fantastic use of 3d modeling software to give them a crisp virtual experience with his designs. For builders, Bob provides detailed plans with multi-colored lines and notes that make the work of reading his plans and building his designs easier. Bob is excellent to work with.

Rob has been a great resource for us after we bought an off the grid, fixer upper in South Woodstock, VT four years ago.. He has guided us through three projects now, including outside deck and front garden area, kitchen and great room remodel, and the mud room to die for. He is eminently practical and efficient, while at the same time being creative and whimsical when needed. He is a great pleasure to work with and delivers what he promises, on time and on budget. Our project planned for next year: construction of the fern house within listening distance from our stream. Bruce and Christine from S Woodstock

Bob was great to work with and provided the ideas we needed to make the project work for us. Maintaining the character of a 200 year old house, yet updating certain aspects is a delicate balancing act. We never could have accomplished this without Bob's vision.

Bob Swinburne is very easy to work with. He listened very well to what I needed and thoughtfully offered suggestions with full explanations and respect. I trusted him because of this, followed his recommendations, and am still as delighted with his design as I was at first. I would work with him again, anytime.

Комментарий в: Do you do anything to protect the mattress from getting wet in rain?The overhangs do a pretty good job of protecting plus it's in the woods so winds are not particularly strong. I used to wrap the mattress for the winter with plastic but then there were mouse issues....
