SICBA is a not for profit Trade Association, affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Building Industry Association of WA (BIAW). We are your neighbors and community leaders, providing education and support for building industry professionals. We promote jobs for local people by encouraging homeownership, sustainable growth, environmentally conscious building practices and community stewardship for Skagit and Island Counties.
