A BIG SHOUT OUT TO POWELL CUSTOM HOMES!!!!! What a fabulous experience we had working with the new owners at Powell Custom Homes in Mattawan. Bravo to all the many, many people it took to build our house. Although, as you can see from my amateur photos, Dennis and I are still unpacking and settling in, we continue to notice the attention that was given to details. We went into this adventure as rookies, with lots of horror stories about the building process. However, Powell Custom Homes went above and beyond to take a spec home and turn it into our very own custom home. They listened carefully to our needs and added many features from our wish list plus more:) Thanks again to all the experts at Powell Custom Homes.

We bought a condo in one of their communities. It was only roughed in, so they completed it to our specifications. They were easy to communicate with, and did a great job. It was well built with quality materials, and a lot of experience. The personnel we're courteous and pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond their duty to make sure we were satisfied. I would use them again without reservation, and recommend that others do also!

Town + Country Cedar Homes, Inc.

We have collaborated with PCH on a number of occasions in the past, both residential and commercial. They are well organized, great communicators and professional.
