We did a complete remodel of our house and needed new window coverings on all of our windows and french doors. I heard good things about Smith & Noble from friends. Our design consultant, Polina, was fantastic. She met with us several times to help decide on all the window coverings (20+). She is extremely knowledgable about their products. She came up with great ideas for each room and help us narrow down the choices. She also helped us get the best price. I highly recommend her to help with your window treatments. Vicki

It took us a long time to figure out what we wanted to do in terms of our drapery. Polina was very patient, coming back more than once, following up, making sure we got the fabrics we'd ordered. At no point was she pushy, but she always made herself available. Then she helped me get the best deal we could get.

Polina was friendly and professional when she came to my hoe to look at what I needed for window coverings. The project was a bit difficult because the house was being renovated. Polina had many samples of fabric and was very responsive in getting me samples to keep and review. She was also very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails and followed through. I would highly recommend Polina. The window coverings were delivered in a timely manner, except for one fabric that is on back order. I appreciate that I get a call from the company letting me know the status of the back order. We are very pleased with the curtains we have received, aside from the issue that I am mentioning below. I am very disappointed with one service, or lacking of Smith & Noble. I needed two curtains to serve as room dividers and they need for the fabric to be on both sides of the curtain. The company does not make double sided curtains. I had to order a different fabric than I wanted, because of this. As Smith & Noble makes custom curtains, I think they should provide this important service.

Polina came to help me finalize shades for all my windows in a newly renovated home. She was very professional, showed up on time and with all the necessary information/samples. She was great about giving advice about the shades and the materials, but laid out the options in each scenario/room and allowed us to choose what we liked or disliked. She gave the perfect amount of advice without being overbearing with her own opinions. She was helpful in setting up installation and was available for any and all questions that I had subsequently. I would highly recommend working with Polina to anyone.

Polina was a great help in assisting me with picking out my window treatments, getting the proper measurements and getting them installed. She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented and I would definitely use her again!

Polina was on time for our appointment. She had all of the samples I could have wanted, and let me pick the ones that appealed to me and then offered her design advice after I had narrowed it down (which worked well for me). She was knowledgeable about how to measure for and how the shades should be installed in what I considered a more difficult window frames with multiple frame edges. The shades are in and look great. Polina provided great guidance and had a lot of samples which she was very familiar with and able to make good suggestions. She also didn't try to talk me into any additional window treatments, even when I asked her opinion about it. I felt she was honest and trustworthy.
