Peggy has more than fifteen years of experience in the design business. Prior to joining Ethan Allen, she owned and operated a successful color consulting and design business. We worked with Peggy Fortuna last year and have only great things to say about our experience. We did a major refresh of living room/dining/family room, a project we had been putting off for years as it seemed so daunting. She made the entire process absolutely painless. She has a very enthusiastic can-do approach which instantly put us at ease. Her depth of knowledge, experience, positivity and input were invaluable and she really went the extra mile when necessary. There were a couple of issues (not of her doing) that needed to be addressed, she helped us them instantly and completely. We would work with her again without hesitation and look forward to that opportunity in the future. She is terrific!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Peggy, she always went above and beyond and made our shopping experience at Ethan Allen so wonderful! She played a huge part in helping us furnish our new house, something that often can be overwhelming and stressful was so smooth and enjoyable with Peggy’s guidance and input. My experience at Ethan Allen was wonderful. I worked with designer Peggy Fortuna, she was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. Without seeing our home in Florida, she helped us pick all our furniture, fabrics and our color scheme down to the paint colors. She wasn't pushy and made a lot of great suggestions. We love everything we ordered and our house looks fantastic. We were so happy the first time we came in and placed an order, that we decided to come back when we were ready furnish the rest of the house. She went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely come back again if we need anything else for our home. We highly recommend Peggy and the staff at Ethan Allen Danbury.

Had a wonderful time working with Peggy for our new home in Danbury. She made the process so easy and she is the best listener and interpreter. After meeting with us and looking at various pieces in the showroom, she had a great sense of what we like and what would look good. We love our furniture because it's well made and comfortable, but the style really helps create a calm and inviting space. And the fabric she helped us choose for an arm chair, along with the custom throw pillows, really add a nice bit of "zing" to our rather sedate style preferences. The proof for me came while I was on a Zoom call at work and a colleague emailed me to tell me how much she loved the style and design!

I bought my second home in danbury from cape cod to be closer to my daughter and her family. Peggy was fantastic from start to finish. She really listened to My needs and budget. Her knowledge of design and colors is phenomenal. I am so happy with what she picked out for us. She chose the wall colors as well I couldn't be happier. Peggy is that rare combination of professional and friendly, talented and open to suggestions. I met her on the floor of the Danbury Ethan Allen showroom. Using only the description I gave her of a room that was proving difficult for me to finish, she went over to the swatch books and picked out the PERFECT fabric for an ottoman that is now the successful focal point of that room. We have been blessed to work with her on the rest of the house ever since. I highly recommend Peggy!
