I am so incredibly pleased with my entire renovation ( kitchen and 2 bathrooms). To say it turned out beautiful is an understatement. Paul, Roy and the crew are professional, detailed oriented contractors who work to please. Paul developed a vision for the renovation based on some input from myself and everything ended up exceeding my expectations. The crew was respectful of my neighbours and as a result, there were no issues. All work was complete as promised with nothing left undone. Paul is easy and open to communication and was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. Having heard so many renovation nightmares from friends, I can honestly and openly say that I would recommend Etheridge Renovations to anyone. Spectacular work indeed!

Our small home, situated in a much desired area in Vanouver was quickly becoming too crampt for our growing family. My husband and I knew it was time for a attic renovation and contacted Etheridge Renovation as we had heard amazing things about this company. From the moment we meet Paul for a consultation we knew we were in good hands. He quickly assessed the job, listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan that was was beautiful in design and fit our budget. I work from home, so I was inially worried that the job would be intrusive, but every one involved was respectful and professional. I have since recommended Paul and Etheridge renovation to many friends. We could not be happier with the results.

We hired Etheridge Home renovation for a relatively small (but technically complex) townhouse renovation. Between the Etheridge team and the partners they engaged, we found the craftsmanship to be excellent and are very pleased with the results. Moreover, the Etheridge team was a pleasure to deal with -- competent, straightforward, trustworthy, and committed to a very high standard of work. Paul and team completed a renovation of our main floor consisting of reconfiguring the space to create a large kitchen with a 12 foot island, walk-in pantry, mud room, dining and living room as well as office. We then engaged Paul and team to upgrade our basement (no structural changes) and finally, to landscape our backyard. Throughout all phases of the renovation (taking over a year and a half from the planning stages), Paul and team were forthcoming with ideas and suggestions, were happy to scope out and suggest materials to use in each space and regularly kept us informed and engaged in each step. Living through a renovation such as this with two young children, Paul and team were very accommodating in trying to minimize the impact to our family. Our onsite Project Manager was excellent in that he was very professional and respectful of keeping the space as clean as reasonably possible, was very consultative with regards to decisions and keeping us informed of what was to come. While we invariably were over budget, the project timelines were met and we are extremely happy with the quality of the materials and finishings.

A complete overhaul of kitchen, removal of existing, divided pocket kitchen and nook into an open concept kitchen with integrated appliances within custom cabinetry. The transformation was dramatic, enabling an unencumbered view of English Bay from anywhere in the kitchen. Etheridge Home Renovation demonstrated high standards of professionalism from the preliminary consultations, to the project itself as well as follow up upon completion. As substantial as the project was, the crew managed to contain the unavoidable disruption to a minimum. The end product was excellent. We hired Etheridge Home Renovation to redo our outside area and the result was amazing. The patio cover is beautiful and functional. We can now use the area year round with heaters and lights. The work came in under budget and on time. I highly recommend this company.
