When a construction crew is in your home for months, you get a good sense of the type of people they are. Jeremiah and crew are the most respectful people who have ever worked on our home. They were kind to us, and to our ailing dog whose "back door" they had to tear out. One weekend they spent extra time making sure she had a ramp she could navigate because they cared that she was OK. We were deeply touched by their thoughtfulness. The project they did for us involved rebuilding one whole wall of the house and adding on. Our home incorporates antique architectural detail and when we had snow-related damage to part of the roof, we interviewed multiple contractors. Only Jeremiah "got it." We were impressed with his deep knowledge and thoughtful approach. The final build combined antique and modern green design. After two years of living with the addition we can truly say that the $100K was more than well spent. We look forward to working with Jeremiah and crew on future projects.

Jeremiah and his team are incredible professionals! The work they did in our home is unbelievable, we could not possibly be any happier. Jeremiah hit his estimate right on the number, he was honest, on time everyday, and provided answers for every question my wife and I had no matter how small. We trust The On The Level team with any job we ever do in the future. Special shout out to Keith and his handy work with the tile, if you are lucky enough to get Keith to install your tile you will know what I am talking about soon enough, the man is an artist!!!

On The Level (Jeremiah) is an exceptional contractor!!! We had our house resided along with several other items and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out as well as how great it was to work with someone as competent and honest as these guys are!!! We are so please with this experience we are hiring them back to do the inside of our house.

Very creative and dependable! They did a major job for us - rebuilt our guest cottage and remodeled a lot of our main home. There were many unexpected issues due to the age of our home - we were out of town during the construction - and Jeremiah handled them all and kept us up to date. We were VERY impressed with the finished product - it exceeded our expectations!

I had a sketch of what I wanted to do. I was a contractor for 40 years, so I know the business. We communicated well , they made good suggestions on materials and structural issues and performed the work in a professional way with high quality and in a timely manner. Their carpenters are very competent and never wasted time. I highly recommend them for a remodel or a ground up structure.
