This is the second time working with Nick and having Larry as my project manager and both times have been wonderful experiences. Nick is very responsive with any questions and has taken the time to build a strong and professional team of subcontractors. Nick's entire office staff was dedicated to making this experience run smoothly and efficiently. They are reliable and even made sure to respect the Condo Association's guidelines and restrictions. Larry is extremely detail oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and if it's not he notices it before the homeowner even does and makes the corrections immediately. Larry's attitude is confident and always calm which helps greatly to make the remodeling experience as stress free as possible. He makes sure the project stays on schedule and it was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend hiring Sandifer Design Build for any of your remodeling and construction needs.

This is our second project with Sandifer Design and Build. It consisted of entire our bottom floor (3,000 square feet) including three bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry, floors and doors. Sandifer's team finished right on time, no delays. With such a big project there were a few mishaps as we expected, but what was nice was that all issues were quickly addressed. No excuses! Project manager Edward was fantastic to work with. He not only always responded to any questions, but he was, to our great delight, very proactive. And very hands on, Edward was constantly on the property making sure things were running smoothly. We highly recommend Sandifer Design and Build.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Nick Sandifer and his team. They were very detailed from the planning and design process with Lisa to the daily management of the project with Kevin. Their sub-contractors were a pleasure to work with and were always very courteous. They transformed a 40-year-old house into a beautiful and comfortable home. We highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with our experience with Nick and his entire team. After interviewing several different builders, we knew right away after meeting with Nick that he was the right choice. Nick and Lenny listened to our requests and came up with the perfect design. It was nice being able to see a virtual look at what wanted before the project even started. Nick established a budget and aside from some add on choices that I made during the process, the price never changed. While Nick was always available for my phone calls, we were lucky enough to have Kevin Head as our project manager. Kevin was professional, meticulous, efficient, always available (even at odd hours) and most of all was a great person. He was able to effortlessly manage our subcontractors and his attention to detail was second to none. He always made that extra effort and went that extra mile even to make sure this project came out to perfection. And it exceeding all of our expectations. As we continue to build on to our home, there is no question that we will use Nick for all of our needs and request that Kevin comes back to manage any further projects. Everyone was professional, expectations were all met, any variables that came up were handled appropriately, couldn’t be happier that I chose Sandifer.

I cannot recommend Sandifer Design Build enough. We had a major kitchen renovation done with them. It was a big project with walls being removed and involving several rooms. The level of professionalism, quality, service is incredible. Everything that is done has stamp of excellence and if even a little off, they are already aware and fixing it before you even notice. All subcontractors are incredibly professional and high quality. Lisa is beyond talented as a designer and can personalize style and beauty with functionality and taste. Edward feels like family at this point and I am not sure what to do without taking to him on a weekly basis. Having Edward on our team was invaluable - someone truly looking out for you and your project on every level. Nick and Lenny were always available if anything was needed. The project was smooth and the inconvenience was as minimal as possible. They finished on time and were in constant communication every step of the way. The house also looks beyond fabulous and we are amazed by the transformation. We can’t wait to work with them again on a future project. We are beyond happy with their work. You would be remiss if you didn’t use Sandifer for you construction and design needs! A company that surpasses any benchmark. The entire staff is not only professional but very personable!

My wife and I undertook a large home renovation that included a new kitchen, new floors throughout the house, and repainting the interior, right at the time that supply chain issues and inflation so greatly affected the construction industry. Hiring Sandifer Design Build (SDB) was the best decision we could have made to get us through our remodel during such a difficult period. Nick Sandifer is a man with integrity and incredible attention to detail. And his wife, Chelsea, provides an extra level of polish and finishing touches. SDB brings to bear a team of professionals (Edward, Lisa, Lenny, and Rebecca) that support project management, design, and daily supervision of the construction/renovation. That team is absolutely key to keeping the project moving and dealing with the inevitable delays and problems caused by scarcity of materials and labor. The team expertly managed all installation teams and subcontractors and was able to pivot the design on a dime when needed. The best thing about SDB is that they are accountable! Anyone who has worked with a contractor knows just how critical and rare that is. And, most importantly, we are thrilled with the end product and our home remodel is everything we imagined it could be. Thank you Nick and SDB team!
