Mousi Painting Melbourne

After reading good reviews elsewhere we used Mousi to paint a 2 bdr flat for us to rent out. They were more expensive than all the other quotes which perhaps lead us to think they would be better quality. I am picky with quality but even so, it was clear that corners were cut where possible, and far greater care and attention to detail was needed. I had to provide over a dozen photos of areas that needed to be fixing up before I was willing to call the job complete from areas missed completely, to parts where only one coat had been done. What was done was generally good, but unfortunately the experience was marred by a number of problems. When we first brought issues to their attention, they threatened to walk off the job! Fortunately the issues were rectified when pointed out, but perhaps only because I wasnt willing to pay the balance until my final inspection despite being pressured to do so. I wish I could have been more positive and recommended Mousi, and they could easily improve which I hope they will work to one day, but based on my experience I cant.

I had a really disappointing experience. After I was quoted by an experienced team member, junior and much younger staff were left at my home during the hours I was away from the job and the overall quality of work was poor. Cutting in was messy, spots on the ceiling were missed. After realizing the dodgy job once the paint had fully dried I contacted the owner to ask him to visit the site and check twice and heard nothing.
