I'm very sorry that your experience has been so bad. I have reviewed some of the correspondence you have had with our sales rep here and though I would not describe her responses as robotic or automated, she has definitely dropped the ball on a number of occasions. For that I am very sorry. I am glad that you have this forum to air your complaints as sometimes these types of situations can go unnoticed. This is not the common experience for our customers and I appreciate your feedback. Though painful to read, it will allow us to take corrective action. Thanks and regards, Khai Foo
