Mike & Sterling's replaced carpet in our house as part of an insurance claim. We had sewer damage in the basement that damaged the existing carpet. We were highly satisfied by the overall experience. Mike & Sterling's was a pleasure to work with. They were courteous and very respectful. Due to the extend of the damage we had a number of different projects that needed coordination. Some of them took a little more time than expected and Mike & Sterling's were very willing to work with us in order to help us make deadlines meet. Also, the quality of the initial consultation was first class. One of their representatives came by to take measurements for the carpet replacement and to determine what carpet we would like. He helped us to find the highest quality carpet that was within our price range and it just looks great. Overall, I can HIGHLY recommend this company!
