Michelle Starkey/ 3 Day Blinds

i requested an in-home consultation and Michelle was the representative who came to my home. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and the company. She was very respectful, patient and gave her honest opinion. i have recommended her to friends and family.

Michelle was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I find some designers to be a bit pushy with their ideas and it can be intimidating. Michelle was not pushy at all. She helped me narrow down a few color/material selections (all within my price range) and allowed me to make the final selection. She communicated current special offers and provided an accurate price estimate. She followed up to be sure we were notified of the delivery and installation dates and contacted us to be sure we were please with the final result. We were very pleased and have gotten many compliments on our window treatments. We highly recommend Michelle.
