Royal Design Studio Stencils

I ordered a stencil on Wednesday the eighth for expedited shipping that I paid an additional $40. I anticipated the stencil would arrive on Friday Saturday at the latest. Subsequently I got an email expecting my stencil to arrive on Monday. I then sent many emails to the company asking for a refund of the expedited shipping to which I got no answer and phone calls got no return. Eventually I received an email telling me that the weekend doesn’t count and it’s too bad that I paid for additional expedited shipping as my stencil would have arrived on the same day if I had use the basic first class postage. The customer service is terrible-Even if the stencils are OK this company needs customer service training and to refund costs for service is not provided.

I never got my shipment, the company did not sent my contact details and until I have finally reached FedEx it was sent back. Cosumer service was in contact with me but for some reason did not help at all..

The stencil designs are great, the stencils are top quality, and customer service is excellent. Highly recommended for either the pro or the DIY customer.

I have purchased some of the Modello products from Royal Design Studios in the past and have been extremely pleased with product. The thing I like best about them is actually the customer service. As the owner of G3 Studios Decorative Painting one of our biggest challenges is finding quality products in which the manufacturer delivers as promised and is completely knowledgeable and helpful if you need assistance. They hand held me through entire process from ordering to installation. I had custom art issues. Size issues. Material issues. You name it and we were dealing with it. I called them numerous times and they offered great advice and the project turned out to be amazing! My only regret is that I can't sell 10 of these projects a year!
