Lawn Doctor of Plano-Frisco-Little Elm

I canceled our service in April on 2018. We put in a pool and no longer have a yard. In the summer I received an invoice for services rendered since April. These services were never completed. They zeroed out my balance and said the account was closed. I just received another invoice (12/6/18) for $160 for services completed on 6/17, 12/17, and 2/18. I called and spoke to the owner Chris who refused to remove these charges until I gave him proof that these services were paid for. I am currently waiting on my bank to get me the documents to prove I've paid. Unless you want a billing nightmare, DO NOT USE LAWN DOCTOR!!!
