We could not be more happy with our total home renovation. The entire Kashas D+B team was outstanding to work with and made our dream house become a reality. The design expertise, quality craftsmanship, and project management were above what we expected. We were warned by others that a remodel project this size could be stressful, but the professionalism and amazing work done by the Kashas team made it such a smooth process. They stand by their work and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the end result. The end product is not only a beautiful design, but a highly functional home with craftsmanship that will withhold the test of time. KDB has my highest recommendation and if I have any more projects in the future, I plan to use them again.

Kashas Design/Build was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They showed professionalism and accountability in all phases of our Kitchen remodel. We hired Kashas Design Build to remodel our kitchen, dining room, and a side area and LOVE how it all turned out--truly couldn't be happier. We have an old house that has quirks and we came into the project with only partial ideas of what we wanted. Brian was patient and thoughtful while we talked it through, we got wonderful suggestions from their designer, Stephanie, and they were open and flexible with our input. The construction process went remarkably smoothly and they really minimized the disruption and mess in our home. A huge shout-out to Rob who worked harder than anyone I've known, did incredibly high quality work, and was always a pleasure to have in our home. Cliff's cabinetry work was masterful--initially we were hesitant to invest in custom cabinetry but we're so glad we did, they're beautiful. They stayed on schedule and budget. Brian and Les kept us well-informed along the way and there were no surprises. As remodels go this was seamless and we are thrilled with the results. We'd recommend them to anyone!

The bathroom remodel transformed a gloomy, damp, and awkward space into a serene oasis. The pleasantly heated floors, precision tilework, and extraordinary vanity make it feel more like a spa than a bathroom. It's a classic vintage look, with modern amenities. Our friends and family are amazed at the final result. We really appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship that Kashas Design Build provided.

We live in a suburban area in which our house is one of three models and was painted one of the shades of brown as all the other homes. our kitchen counter tops where tile and beige. We needed design, functionality and style. We also wanted to add value. We had large projects from remodeling our kitchen, adding a roof to our deck to small projects like making our laundry room more functional. Brian Kashas came to our home and truly listened to us, looked around and guided us. He was calm, incredible knowledge and personable. His entire team is that way! Brian gave us an outline, showed us blueprints of the design and walked us through each step. Everyone working in our house was informative, kind and I could trust them in my home when I was not there. They stuck to the timeline, we stayed within budget and what we got went above and beyond our expectations. I miss seeing them and now that we have a house that stands out from the neighborhood in a stylish way and has more value, we can't wait to work with them again!

The carpenters are nothing short of perfectionists and their finish work demonstrates that. The foreman was equally accountable and dependable and the project flowed seamlessly. Outside of the team being easy to work with and the quality of the work being at the highest level, our project completed on time and on budget. We are very pleased with our new addition. Kashas Design constructed the addition according to the architect's requirements and also recommended specific improvements to address our life style and taste. The final product is a beautiful, sunny room which we have been enjoying all fall and winter long. We highly recommend Kashas Design for specialty design and construction projects.

He will personally take your vision from start to finish with complete confidence, compassion and meticulous attention to detail no matter what the project. I can honestly say the stress factor was a low as possible due to Kashas Design Build and his team of expert subcontractors. Every detail of the project was important to every member of the team and my family felt comfortable the entire time. Our project included every aspect of a remodel. The kitchen, family room, new bedrooms, bathrooms, extended entertainment room and outdoor space that included a kitchen, large fireplace and soaring vaulted ceilings with stunning beams and skylights. This project would have never turned out like it did without the caring and knowledge of Brian Kashas and his team. Project start time and deadlines were very close to projected dates and budgets were always kept up to date with change orders. We will be forever grateful.

Brian is the ultimate professional. He is practical and realistic. He follows through with what he says he is going to do. And on top of that, he is truly a nice and caring guy. You would be lucky to have Brian work on your project.

We have hired Keshas Design for several projects...some big and expensive and our latest, small and not so expensive. Brian surrounds himself with an excellent staff who'd we trust with any project. He provides thorough, accurate estimates and keeps his schedule and his word. He's a stand up guy who values the relationship he has with his customers. Brian has done several projects for me and I can't imagine hiring anyone else. He listens and really hears what I'm thinking, then he translates and makes my ideas even better. His team has always been wonderful to work with. All the craftspeople have been extremely professional and knowledgeable. The work was always better than I imagined. Best of all, when there is a question or problem, Brian is always responsive and takes care of everything.
