The moment I talked with Kirk and Twila about my kitchen, I felt comfortable with their values and knew they would be good to work with. They stressed quality while allowing me to stay within my budget. As the project progressed, I saw the way they oversaw the project step-by-step, hired great people who did quality work, and kept the project on schedule. I love my new kitchen!

We so enjoyed working with Twila and Kirk to design our dream kitchen. Twila was patient, provided endless guidance, and always responded to us quickly. She kept in mind our "must haves" and was conscious of our budget, always offering solutions that would help us stay within budget or allow us to splurge. She respected our decisions and offered advice when asked, and was professional, warm, and responsive. We would recommend Twila for any remodel project, we are so happy with the design she provided. We ended up using one of her recommended contractors and likely would not do that in the future, as the project took significantly longer than anticipated (10 weeks instead of 6) with limited communication on progress. But, this was our first remodel project and that is something we have learned for future projects. That is not a poor reflection on Luxury Kitchen Express, as they were nothing but professional and pleasant throughout the project.

I used Twila to design a bathroom. I paid $500 and as she said, the plans would allow me to shop for contractors. I thought that was a good plan. Now that I have a contractor, who provided a much lower bid, she won't disclose the brands for the tiles and vanity. This, even though the plumbing, paint, epoxy, brands are given. I'm now sorry that I used her.

I found Twila and Kirk on Houzz without any references. They did an incredible job on our kitchen. It has been transformed into a beautiful, functional room that makes me happy every time walk into it. They used the cool architectural aspects of our 100 year old home to make the space very unique. And they did it on budget.

I have been in construction for over 20 years. I have worked with Kirk on many projects. Twila is one of the best designers I have seen and they are extremely knowledgeable on any remodel or new construction. Kirk and Twila have done many personal projects for me and I would gladly use them again.

I couldn't be happier! Luxury Kitchen Bath Express put together a beautiful and user-friendly design. Twila knew what to ask me to organize my culinary life. I love to cook and much of my life is spent living and entertaining in the kitchen. I live in my awesome kitchen!

This company reworked our Master Bathroom. New hardware was added throughout. A new wall tower cabinet was installed. New crown molding was added. Two new framed mirrors were added. The old counter tops were demoed and replaced with new Venitian Gold Granite counter tops. The old sinks were removed and replaced with under mount sinks. A four-inch back splash was added behind each sink. New light fixtures were installed above each mirror. The job was completed on time and on budget.

Creative and elegant design turned into reality! Twila has an amazing ability to help homeowners visualize exactly what their project can become. Throughout many years working together, I have seen her clients absolutely thrilled with their results.

I was expecting the process of a long time picking through all the different products, followed by having the kitchen torn up for weeks on end, dust as they do work, loud noises from machinery, people in and out of the house day after day. But to my surprise, it wasn't like that at all!! They have thought it through and have us regular people in mind and put an easy step by step system in place to help guide you through the process, they even did 3D rendering of what it would look like when it was done. This helped me a lot to be able to make firm decisions as I was having trouble visualizing. Then when they came out the process was incredibly fast! I guess they do a lot of the work before they even come out to the house and they had everything in faster than I could have imagined! The house wasn't dusty and trashed, there weren't people in my house for weeks on end. Those are things we appreciated.I would use them again!

My husband and I met Twila at her studio, where she was generous with her time as she gathered preliminary information from us to determine our vision, our needs and our budget. The next week she visited our home to make suggestions based on current kitchen recommendations, and take measurements. At our next appointment at her studio, her CAD design of our new kitchen gave us the confidence to move forward with the project.. We then picked out the cabinets, backsplash, counter tops and flooring with her guidance. She requested, and we sent, the dimensions of the appliances we had chosen. Although we were free to shop our (paid for) design around, we went with an excellent contractor she recommended, with whom she stayed in constant contact, and the finished product was beyond our expectations and looked like a picture in Kitchen and Bath magazine.. She stayed in touch with us by email, though we did expect her to make one more visit between demo and construction. There was a bit of anxiety where we had to return the microwave we had bought and search high and low for one that fit the space. It was not the one we wanted, but, hey, it's a microwave. The best thing is that Twila made the best use of our limited kitchen space. We would have appreciated more feedback once construction had begun (since there were more decisions to make), but maybe that's not how it works. Basically, Twila is very knowledgeable, professional.and personable and has a good eye for aesthetics, and knowledge of how to make a kitchen efficient,.
