It was a pleasure working with everyone at High West from start to finish. Did have an issue with a door being on backorder but the end result was an awesome job. I would recommend High West to anyone.

High West has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From JR designing our new sunroom, to Nick managing the project and keeping us informed to Kyle who did an amazing job installing and finishing the job. The work we had done includes: Demo of existing deck and sunroom, installation of three new exterior doors, pour a new concrete patio, install a french drain, and install siding. We will definitely be calling them back next year to install a new deck and possibly a new front door. As the pandemic changed our lives we were concerned that our project would be cancelled, however, the communication from High West was amazing and they worked hard to keep us up to date and aware of the activity. Also the payment plan was performance based so we felt comfortable based on the plan and didn't lose sleep by paying a lot of money up front. On a particular note we would like to thank Kyle who was our main installer. Everything he did was done with such craftsmanship and attention to detail that we have not experienced before. As well, we would like to thank Nick for working hard to work within our schedule and keep us informed. We will be calling High West for future home improvements!

It took awhile to get the project ironed out and started BUT once it was, things went great. Keith, our project manager kept in touch with us regarding timeline and arrival of materials. John and Jonny were the guys that did the construction, and they were prompt, courteous, hard working and got our job done in 2 days, plus a couple of hours to take care of some panes that arrived after the other materials. They also cleaned up all the work area, including things that might have blown into the yard. We were very pleased with their work and really like our completed project.

We originally contacted High West to help us do a partial residing of our house due to hail damage They worked hard to find a match for our old siding but in the end we found out it was discontinued. We decided to reside the entire house, and JR our design/salesperson came up with a fabulous design to bring our dated bi-level house into the 21st century. Everyone who has seen it raves how good it looks! The installation crew were courteous, professional, and paid great attention to detail, down to clean up every night. We are so happy, we give them 10 stars!!

JR and High West did a careful job installing quality metal siding on our older home. They spent much time on the details. It looks beautiful and should last for many years.

High West Siding and Windows converted our covered patio into a sunroom. They did an excellent job in every phase of the project from initial design and engineering to the last detail of finish work. Customer service and communications were beyond our expectations. I highly recommend them and would like to thank Kyle, John and Johnny for their caring and professional work.

John, Jonny, and Kyle built our new sunroom (temo pre-fab) and also put in a huge multi slide door. They were very thorough, considerate, and did an awesome job. We absolutely love the work they did. They made sure we were happy the whole time, and the project manager Nick kept us in the loop on everything and juggled the concrete contractors, electrician's, and inspections to make the whole process pretty painless. The only delays in the whole process were from the door/sunroom manufacturer, which they told us about before we signed the contract, but those components are really nice and were worth the wait.

We have never met a more thoughtful and thorough professional as J.R. and his crew at High West. Given the challenges of a major hailstorm season or a mountain location, they always responded to scheduling questions in a reasonable timeframe. And, the quality of the workmanship and windows is outstanding. Will there be challenges? Every job has its challenges! High West, in our experience, hangs in there with you throughout. We had a sunroom built by High West five years ago and love it to death. The only problems we have had is with the sky lights. They came out several times to fix a leak and it seemed to be good, but then this spring it started leaking again. When I requested help, they were out within the following week and quickly isolated the underlying problem. They do great work and are very responsive to any issues that arise, even five years later. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because it took so long to finally resolve the issue.

Our 200 square foot Three Season room actually took Four Seasons to build. We signed the contract in November and were told they were looking for winter work. Four months later they showed up in March. The only positive out of this whole experience was their Subcontractor Tom and his crew. He was our only contact with HWS. The only time we heard from HWS was to get another check. There was zero communications and continuity between HWS their subcontractors, suppliers and client. Their electrician never wired a three seasons room before, and all of the wires they ran were exposed and not hidden in channels within the walls, so all of his work had to be ripped out and redone. There was a two month delay in receiving the special order windows, and three were missing. Overall we are happy with the finished product, but the lack of HWS management/supervision caused numerous delays, and added to our frustration. If you hire them, get a drop dead date in writing with penalties for non Performance .
