They came recommended however soon after I hired them for the season (open, close, maint.,repairs) they went MIA. I had a leak in the equipment they made a repair which did not address the issue. I called and called and called and no one ever came out to look at the leak again. The woman who answers the phone will only say "I'll leave a message and someone will get back to you" I called my friend who recommended them and she had similar poor service and was firing them. I had to hire another firm mid season and pay to redo what they did incorrectly ( hence the continued leaking) I'm not someone who complains but in this case I think its warranted.

Used them for a few years, not great communication, high billing and not the best attitude. I was looking to remodel my pool and Ricky or Roger didn't want to help me out or even provide a price. I switched companies and have not looked back.

From start to finish the Haggerty team built us our dream pool. We would highly recommend them to others. They were reliable and stayed on budget and they continue to maintain the pool. Our pool is as perfect today as it was 5 years ago.

This review reflects repairs and ongoing care, not building a new pool. I bought a house with an old pool. I called three or four local pool companies and chose Haggerty because they were responsive, fairly priced and experienced. I have never regretted my decision to use them, always receiving high quality service, honesty and a quick response time.

We hired this company. They were difficult to work with with from day 1. Any question was an inconvenience. Their work was sloppy for example installing a new pump with our removing old non-working equipment or debris from the site. They over charged us for work. We were so taken aback by their attitude and poor work that we switched pool companies. When we questioned the over charges they threatened us. Stay far away. These are not the kind of people you want to do business with.

Haggerty Pools designed and built an incredible infinity edge pool for me at my new lakefront home. It was an engineering feat involving tons of steel and concrete on the side of a hill. Their work was superb and they built right through the winter. And their service is great also. A top notch company in all regards.
