I actually called another company when my garage door spring broke at 5:30 tonight. Lucky for me they were not able to take the call, so they referred me to John. He rushed right over and did not charge me any fees, even though he had to work until way after 8:30 pm to fix the door. He explained everything to me and was so knowledgeable. I have not encountered this level of customer service in some time. I would highly recommend this garage door company to anyone with a garage door problem. His price was also very fair. This company is definitely a gem!

John had a great attitude and was systematic and fast while solving the mystery of my stuck garage door opener. he then performed preventive maintenance on the unit, explaining everything he was doing as he did it. His fee was reasonable. He's one of those people who made me fell to have met him.
