Durango Carpentry has performed three separate home remodel/improvements projects for us between 2008-2011. These include new construction and remodel of our home entry and house facade, new deck construction and an emergency roof/chimney repair. Tuck and his crew are highly skilled, hard workers, reliable and friendly. His coordination with subcontractors, record-keeping and billing are well done and clearly documented. Tuck easily worked with us as homeowners wishing to keeps costs reasonable and also offered ideas and suggestions to improve our projects. We are very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work done. We would not hesitate to utilize Durango Carpentry for future projects and have, in fact, recommended his services to friends and neighbors.

Project: One-bedroom caretakers cottage, build in 40's or 50's, in severe disrepair with squirrels living in the walls. It was taken down to the studs, requiring new walls, ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing - everything. Very pleased with results and cost/value: Very nice craftsmanship, works well with client desires, high integrity, honest, fair, considerate, responsible, reliable. Following that project we have since hired Durango Remodeling to rehab another out-building, adding a bathroom, and building a stone patio/trellis arbor. Highly recommend.
