Drafting Your Design offers a full spectrum of Building design and Drafting services. My philosophy is to achieve the best design that is both desirable and functional for your daily needs, either it be at your home or workplace. As a former Home Builder and Project Manager, I have experienced numerous projects with below average drawings that have caused more costs and frustration then was ever imaginable. It is with this mindset that I complete all my projects knowing the detail that is needed for both customer satisfaction and construction ease. Whether you need help developing your ideas, or just need someone to help finish your plans for permits, I can help you achieve what you want.

Warning - Jessie Davidson and Drafting Your Design is a fraudulent company. Jessie takes deposits from customers for contracted work, then steals the deposit. Jessie does none of the agreed work and cannot be contacted again. I have spoken to some of this other clients who have been unable to reach him either. I have been trying to reach him for over three months now. He has completely vanished with clients money. I am personally out over $1,000, other have lost more. My project has been delayed for months whilst I have had to enlist another designer to do my project.

We have recently worked with Jesse on how to best optimize our walkout basement space. He comes up with great ideas, really listens to his clients needs, and provides many options. A go to company for your next home project, even if you just need some ideas!

We retained Jesse Davidson to help design our home and floor plan.... many modifications as we changed our minds along the way were accommodated by Mr. Davidson and we now have our dream home which is the perfect size and floor plan for our needs - and looks amazing both inside and out! We highly recommend Drafting Your Design - you will end up with exactly what you dream of!

We hired this company to design our house plans. Jesse was very patient with us, incorporated all of the things we liked about our last house, added his professional common sense perspective and suggestions, and did multiple revisions to the plans as we requested. We absolutely love the design. He was easy to work with, and we highly recommend him.

We used Drafting Your Design to plan our country home. Having never been through a project of this magnitude, we were more than impressed with the professionalism and imagination that was brought to the table. When the plan was submitted for permit approval, the inspector commented on the quality and thoroughness of the plans. We couldn't have been happier!

Комментарий в: What type/color paint is used on the walls and trim?Both wall and trim colours are Benjamin Moore colours. The walls are HC-172 "Revere Pewter" and the trims are OC-68 "Distant Gray"
