When we were forced into a kitchen remodel after water damage, we took the opportunity to do a complete overhaul. At first, my husband and I were overwhelmed by the scope of the project until we hired Diane and her team. Diane values attention to detail, excellence in the work she and her team produce and has a phenomenal listening ear. In general, we knew the look and feel we wanted but it was with Diane's expertise, guidance, creative vision and patience that we got what we wanted. We love our new kitchen and could not have achieved the end result without her. Thank you, Diane!

Our remodel broke ground in Nov of 2017 and finished in Feb of 2019. This was our first experience working with a designer. We looked at several designers but ultimately selected Diane because we liked her portfolio, her organization, the fact she does a lot of work locally, as well as her kind personality and calm demeanor. She assisted us with both the design phase as well as on-site project monitoring. Diane's strength lies in her design skills and trade knowledge. If you have not done a remodel before and can afford to do so, it is helpful to work with a professional who can make the process of selecting fixtures and finishes much easier and faster. For example, when it came to selecting tiles, she put together a selection of options so we didn't have to to spend days picking out tiles. She regularly works with local vendors with whom she has a history of producing good results. If an order comes out wrong, she will try to correct it. The design book she put together was used every day by the construction crew. However, if we had to do it again, I'm not sure we would have hired a designer for the construction phase. Between Diane's visits to the site and one of us being on site on a regular basis (at least two or three times a week), there were several issues with the implementation of the design that caused delays, unexpected cost overruns, and gaffes that could have been avoided with more careful oversight. 5 stars for design skills, 4 stars overall.

I am a trade professional who has worked with Diane over the years on numerous high-end residential projects. Diane is the consummate professional. She is honest, tenacious, focused, and highly attentive to details. Diane guards the best interest of the client at all times. As a trade professional, I know how much she does behind the scenes to ensure that her clients receive the results and value that they have entrusted her to deliver. Diane made important contributions to helping us identify and select fixtures, floor and wall coverings, counter tops and paint colors for our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room as part of a full-house "make-over." Her choices of color, texture and tone were well thought out and consistent with the overall spirit of our project.

She ensures she fully comprehends the statement of work, provides excellent recommendations and realistic expectation regarding budget and timeline. We hired Diane for a much needed and long awaited remodel of our Kitchen and Master Bath. She is a good listener and patiently worked with us as we navigated the waters of so many options and sometimes differing tastes between husband and wife. I was fortunate enough to discover this designer when we were remodeling our home in Rolling HIlls. Her attention to detail and her relationships with subcontractors are so valuable.
