I hired Conrad Kitchen, Bath and Remodeling to renovate my kitchen after being very happy with their renovation of my master bathroom a few years ago. Dale listened carefully to my wish list (make the area an open gathering space with more seating at the island; move the cooktop off the island; provide more and useful storage to enable me to consolidate kitchen items stored on two floors; brighten and modernize the dark, dated interior) and came up with a design that blew me away and addressed every item. Jacque put together beautiful selections that modernized the space but retained a look that complements the rest of my home's interior. The job was a total gutting and re-do that wrapped in the adjacent powder room, too. Mark and Tyler, along with Chad, worked diligently to carefully install every aspect, including relocating and converting to gas my electric cooktop. They were respectful, professional, efficient and meticulous. The flooring and tile subcontractors were equally good. I couldn't be happier and will enjoy using my kitchen - the hub of my house - for many years to come. Thank you, Conrad Kitchen & Bath for another outstanding home improvement!

I had Conrad do a very small job, a bathroom vanity. You would have thought it was one of their largest jobs. The service from Nic was exceptional. He communicated every step of the project. Showed up for template measurement to make sure everything went well and the same for the install. Thanks Jacque for picking the counter top it looks great! Don’t hesitate to use them. You just do not get this type of service and quality anymore.

We hired Conrad Kitchen, Bath and Remodeling to complete our whole house renovation and we made an excellent decision. Our house is now beautiful and we love the end result! Dale and Jacque were wonderful to work with from design to finish. They have great ideas, always listened, are very organized and have great workers. Everyone was respectful, always showed up on time and provided custom, quality work. They redesigned our upstairs and downstairs floor plan with more closet space, upstairs laundry room, hall bath, larger master bathroom, and provided an open concept on the first floor with new kitchen and powder room. If anything went wrong, and there were NOT many issues, Dale was quick to correct problem. He values his customers and cares about the quality of work he delivers and is a good person. We would highly recommend choosing them to complete your next renovation!

She is complimentary to any style and her ideas are fresh and original. The remodel crew of Mark, Tyler, & Nathan exceeded all of our expectations. Keep in mind this was almost an 8 week remodel but it didn’t feel half that long. They were amazing to deal with. Once again values matter if you’re going to have someone in your home for that long, you will appreciate their professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, timeliness, and world class cleanliness! They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with what they are doing and how they are doing it. We were blown away as this experience has set the bar on what is possible with contractors. It is a integrity driven, world class run business and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work and our new bathroom. I would highly recommend them for your remodel needs. You deserve this type of service and how they do it will be hard to be matched anywhere else!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We love the finished product. My new bathroom is beautiful!! Mark and Tyler were great. They were very meticulous in their work and it shows in the end result. Dale and Jacque were also extremely helpful in the planing and selection of the products for the new bathroom. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Very outstanding firm. Worth the money and wait (though it is always hard to get on any schedule for a larger project). The design team were great, and the onsite team was just marvelous. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Would hire them again without a second thought.

Workers were experienced professionals who came on time each day, finished in a timely manner, and did a fantastic job. I wasn't sure what I wanted and Dale Conrad worked with us to develop a decorating plan, and results were beautiful. I never would have been able to design something so nice.

We visited their store in Cranberry Township when considering some remodeling to our kitchen. We found Dale & Jacque to be very professional & helpful in guiding us through the process of planning & selecting our new countertop & tile backsplash. The installation work went very smoothly thanks to Bruce who was very meticulous & professional. We are very pleased with the final results and have had many favorable comments from friends & neighbors. Needless to say, we highly recommend Conrad Kitchen & Bath.

Dale and Jacque were professional, timely and helpful in planning the remodel of my guest bathroom. From start to finish, they were available for questions, concerns and discussions regarding my project. I'm very pleased with the finished product. We'll be using them when we remodel the master bath next!

I’m goong to give one star for one simple reason. We showed up to Conrad st 4:35 on a day they were closing at 5.. from the start we were rushed to be pushed out the door and not given much attention, as if they were too busy or didn’t think we were a good candidate for Conrad. Well, we are happy to say we have purchased our cabinets elsewhere as well as our cambria countertops. I guess I take business more seriously than they do. I didn’t think anyone was busy or wealthy enough to pass on a deal, however they must be here at Conrad kitchens. Good luck with the new store, hope you make it.
