Poor customer service. Was timely getting the job finished , however there were many air bubbles in the finished product. No wonder he went bankrupt/ ' retired'

David is very unprofessional. Everything needs to be on his timetable .then fails to show up. Couldn't deal with him

David was very nice and punctual at first but unfortunately he did not finish the job and ended up creating more work for me and costing me more money in the long run. He had said he was going to come and fill in the holes on my concrete countertops once my house was done and when I contacted him to come and fill the holes, he blew me off for over a month and then finally just refused to come out and fill them. I even offered to pay him more money to finish the job but he still refused. He did however send a latex hole filler to fill the holes and told me to do it myself. I verified the color with him but he sent the wrong color anyway and now the countertops look worse than when there were only holes. When I asked him how to proceed, he told me to go to a craft store and buy a matching paint and brush and to paint over the latex with the correct color. It's a shame that something that would have taken him 20 minutes to do correctly is now costing him this bad review from a disappointed customer. He also did a countertop job for a friend and one of the countertops was severely sagging. He tried offering my friend a discount to "live with it" so that he didn't have to come fix his work. I would not recommend him.

David is the best concrete fabricator in the South Louisiana. I have seen a number of his commercial and residential projects and have always been impressed by his professionalism and the quality of his work.
