Tileroom

We purchased floor tiles from the tile room for our hall. When we received a box with a broken tile we needed a replacement to complete the project I was told by them they would try to find one. It was not the fact they could not find one tile but the fact they repeatedly promised to contact us about it and did not. Get the feeling we are not a big enough fish and if it were for a bigger fish in the pond would have had more help. Would not use again not that they will be bothered. Very poor customer service
