I am sorry to hear you are distraught enough to leave this review over three years later. Your project had unique circumstances with both benefits and challenges. For a generous discount, you agreed to be among the first kitchens produced for a brand new line of cabinets. It was a tall task designing and ordering something that was still in development, but overall, I feel we worked through the issues very well and the result was gorgeous. I understand that the delays in getting the factory up and running impacted your schedule, but these were anticipated as well as promptly communicated to you. Before submitting the order in early June, we learned the factory would not be ready to produce any cabinets until the second week of August. The manufacturer offered the option to move to their other cabinet line for a more standard lead time while honoring the "test kitchen" discount promised or cancel the order entirely. You bravely decided to stay the course and be one of the pioneers for the new line. The manufacturing issues were indeed frustrating, but we knew there could be hiccups along the way. This is the very reason they offer "test kitchens" such as yours - the feedback from follies helps them analyze and refine processes and procedures. Some three years later, this line has grown immensely and continues to be of my clients favorites. Please know your cabinets have one of the best warranties around, so if you are experiencing any issues, feel free to contact me. I apologize for not assisting you directly on the replacement vanity door and any inconvenience this caused.
