I combined a lifelong passion for beautiful living spaces with a degree in interior design and created CCDesigns, LLC to bring beauty to spaces and enrich client's lives. I believe it is important to collaborate with the client to bring their visions to life, while using creative touches to polish off the design. I understand the importance of communication to keep projects on schedule, convey the vision, and facilitate great outcomes. It's my belief that style is, first and foremost, an expression of who we are, and great design equals intelligent problem solving. Colleen designed two feature walls for our contemporary living room; she incorporated our vision and budget to make them reality. Currently we are working on furnishing our dining room. Colleen is very easy to work with and listens to what you want then takes that information and makes it happen. I have done two small projects and one major project with her and would hire her again. The last project was a 7000 sq ft home from the ground up and she was there every step of the way and our home is breathtaking! Very helpful in the design of the home, tile layout, color selections, furniture selection and placement.

Collen is great to work with. She helped us with our kitchen remodel that we are so happy with. She paid attention to the details that we would have overlooked. She listens and understands what you are looking for. She is not afraid to be honest, if there is something that she doesn't agree with. That saved us from making several decisions that we would have regretted later. I would use pollen and CC Designs again and would recommend her to family and friends. She came recommended to me by two other individuals that were also very happy.

Colleen helped my husband and I remodel and furnish a condominium that we had bought after moving to Denver. We found her to be easy to talk to and really listened to our concerns, likes and needs. She has a good professional relationship with a renovation contractor and introduced him to us. Colleen has a great eye for design and knowledge/sense of what will work together. She picked out not only furnishings, window treatments, floor coverings and accessories but also stairway design, down to small details like a kitchen faucet and vent hood. She conscientiously planned the furniture layout in each room and had us not only look at the furniture she had picked out but sit in it to make sure we liked it and found it comfortable. We really, really like our home! It’s beautiful!

Colleen was very helpful to us when we decided to remodel our Kitchen. She started the process with us, listened to what we wanted to do, gave suggestions about products and ideas that we didn't know were available and helped us stay on budget as best we could. We are not good with coordinating and matching colors. Colleen was extremely helpful with this part of the decision making process. She never pushed and politely made suggestions regarding our choices that wouldn't work well or look good. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and the whole kitchen remodel process.
