Burke & Crew House Painting

The interior painting that I required was fairly small, not tons of prep. The price was good, and the finished work was satisfactory, but I felt that the workers were left unsupervised and clearly needed more guidance. John gets back to you right away upon inquiry. He matched the colors I needed perfectly. But when one worker damaged something fairly inexpensive but nonetheless damaged it, John was not great about it. He chastised the worker in front of me, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. I felt bad for the guy. He then tried to talk me out of the repair by trying to have his guys fix it which did not work. He did end up making it right and paying for the repair, but he was clearly not happy about it. He elluded to me as "high maintenance." I would not care to use his services again.

My wife and I reached out to several painting companies on the North Shore. John Burke responded faster than any other company. He came out to the house and estimated the project in person. He was professional, courteous and enthusiastic about the project. His crew was efficient and clean. The job was completed within the time he estimated. His pricing was very fair considering the large amount of prep our old house needed. I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
