Gerald has worked multiple times in our home and has done an excellent job every time. Most recently, he designed, painted, and installed a beautiful fireplace mantel with surround. It couldn't look any better and we are very happy with the custom job he did. He has also installed drywall, interior doors, performed electrical work, and a number of other jobs. He is extremely detail oriented and, I would almost say, a perfectionist at his craft. He is easy to communicate with and responds promptly to requests and communication while doing a job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for home improvement work.

I have hired Gerald for large and smaller projects including bathroom renovation and deck refurbishment. Our most recent job was replacing the wood deck surface with a composite. Gerald’s work is excellent, detailed, and he is a problem solver. In addition, he is pleasant to work with and trustworthy. I would hire Gerald again for any project.

Baltic Home Improvement patched and painted multiple office walls in my office/warehouse condominium. They showed up on time, did an excellent job painting including additional sanding of some walls that I hadn't requested. As i wasn't onsite most of the time, Gerald called me when he had any questions about the work. Equally important, they were very neat in their work and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. In summary, I will likely be hiring Baltic Home Improvement for additional work.

Baltic Home Improvement replaced a kitchen cabinet that was 40 years old with a perfectly matching new cabinet. The installation was quick and looks perfect. The finish carpentry was excellent and I could not be happier with the excellent result they achieved.

We hired Gerald to replace our old, 70's louvered windows with 7 double-hung windows in our three season sun room. He also repainted the old, chipped wood on the exterior and replaced the rotting wood. Gerald and his team are extremely thorough, and did a fantastic job on this project, all at a fair price.

Gerald, principal/owner, has done work for us over the past 10 years. His estimates are fair. His work is excellent. He comes when promised. Gerald has done roof work, painting, wallboard/plastering and kitchen renovation. We have been happy with his work, are repeat customers and have referred him to neighbors and friends. In addition, he brings his pleasant personality to his job sites.

This was a bathroom remodeling. Very fine job, Gerald and I hit it off at once, and was very pleasant to work with. Rates are very reasonable. He found solutions to all the little problems that can pop up.

Baltic Home Improvement did a stellar job with working with in some tight constraints, and deadlines. The job they did came out exactly as we were hoping and they also were able to work around our daily work hours. They completed the work about 4 months ago now, but we're so happy with the upgrades that I had to come write this review. Highly recommended.
