I never write reviews, but these guys truly deserve it. I used them many years ago, and I still remember how wonderful the service was that AssemblyMan provided. When it was time to assemble some new pieces, I went straight back to them and without surprise the service was just as consistent and reliable as it was the last time. Ivan is very responsive and accommodating over emails - he worked hard to find a date and time that worked for us despite our busy schedules. John was our furniture assembler, and just like last time, his work was great and reliable. All the pieces were assembled exactly as asked, he was very professional, and was sure to tidy up and fold all boxes for recycling prior to his departure. All in all, I could not recommend these guys more - they truly do deserve more than 5 stars. If you are thinking to use them, take this as your sign - you will not be disappointed!

This is a lengthy review worth reading. This company is exceptional!! Incredible customer service and excellent workmanship onsite. I contacted 4 companies to assemble an Ikea six drawer dresser. Ivan, owner/assembler at Assembly Man answered my email within 9 minutes. We emailed back and forth and every response was immediate with complete answers. He also displayed a kindness and sense of humour. The email exchange convinced me that Assembly Man was the company for me. The next day, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael, my assembler. He was on time, well prepared for the job, respectful of me and my house, efficient and clean. He is soft spoken and lovely to speak with and also displayed a sense of humour. Out of curiosity, I checked on him a couple times and he was never offended and happy to show me what he was doing. He was so tidy, organized & efficient as he worked. The dresser looked amazing and all drawers functioned properly. Michael was kind enough to remove all garbage/recycling. I had a second dresser that I wasn't sure I needed (for additional storage) so Michael showed me the drawer space in the first dresser for me to decide if I needed the second one. I determined I did want the second one assembled but of course had not booked that. Michael called Ivan and they were so wonderful to accommodate me. Ivan worked Michael's next scheduled job so Michael could stay and assemble the second dresser for me!! In my conversation with Michael it was apparent there was a good working relationship between them and Michael mentioned what a wonderful boss Ivan was. I can't remember the last time I dealt with such a caring and competent company! Well done Assembly Man!! I am so grateful to have found you.

I just moved and had several pieces to be assembled - two of them being the smastad loft bed systems from IKEA. I found Assemblyman and contacted them to set up service. Ivan arranged a technician and was able to accommodate my service date request on short notice. My Assembyman Michael was prompt, professional, worked methodically - even when surrounded by painters - produced quality end results - even adjusting for a manufacturers defect with one of the dressers and he cleaned up after himself. He requested inspection of his workspace before beginning (to ensure any existing imperfections were noted before laying down a mat to protect my flooring). He finished the job in a day and even provided solutions to other minor issues I mentioned to him in passing. It was a great pleasure to have him assemble my furniture and there's nothing like the value of a person that enjoys the work they do and takes obvious pride in the quality of the finished product. I will use this service again and highly recommend Michael. There's no accounting for quality and the time saved having an experienced assembler was well worth the expense.

Third Time Using Assemblyman! John has been our guy all three times. Awesome service. Impeccable, professional, on time and at cost. Would highly recommend them. Our specific project this time was a range of Ikea assembly - from a complex bedframe, to simple lamps. Our two prior projects were both Ikea Nursery furniture (crib and wardrobe). Will definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic services! We had PAX system installed by AssemblyMan .It was very easy to arrange everything and get very reasonable quote from Ivan . John was fantastic , very skilled ,assembled everything fast and very professionally , removed all boxes and left space so neatly . We are impressed with quality and promptness of the services we have got . Definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Michael from assemblyman.ca is highly knowledgeable and I hired them to assemble a lot of furniture from IKEA at my new rental. Micheal worked hard and almost non-stop to put together everything with zero breakages. The clean-up after nearly 7 hours of assembling was excellent with every bit of waste neatly piled into disposable bundles or bags. Top Class, Highly recommended. A group of true professionals in this organisation with communication,scheduling appointment and executing a job was all flawless. Can't be any more happier with this engagement. Ivan (company owner) and John (the installer) were very professional and helpful. Bottom line, the company showed up exactly when they said they would, and then cleaned-up the job site just like other reviews had indicated (eg cutting and wrapping boxes in a neat package). John the installer also was meticulous and showed us imperfections in our furniture manufacturing which was helpful to understand. Would totally recommend them to anyone else. Worth the money !

This company is extremely reliable and affordable. I could not believe how fast they assembled my furniture. I've used other companies before (hired online) and AssemblyMan blew me away. I definitely recommend them for IKEA furniture assembly. John and Ivan were both friendly and professional too.

Ivan and John are reliable, proficient and their work is of great quality. John has vast experience assembling furniture, and he also works very clean. All large cardboard boxes folded and organized ready for recycling and he even vacuumed after he finished a large job in my condo. I would highly recommend Assembly Man.

He is very professional and efficient. He assembled the bed and 2 slats in just 2 hours. He then folded down the cardboard boxes to a tiny neat package. I would highly recommend him to my friends and everyone. Excellent job.
