Nova Windows and doors is across the street go there First I ordered windows in Sept told 4 to 6 weeks till they arrive. I called in Oct to see where they were told they would call me back. Which to no surprise no one did. I called back in a week and was told they did not order my windows. Keep in mind this is windows for my whole house and now my windows will not arrive till January. I'm in the military so I took my vacation for when they should have originally arrived, I spoke with the manager and asked if I could get a few installed for the troubles. They were very hesitant and they install Manager "Steve" has to be the rudest person I have ever met. He went out to my house and inspected the windows to be replaced. He called me telling me my brick were to damaged and they would not be on the hook for any damages If any occurred. Which I understood but his tone was rude and not professional at all. I took a day off for when the installers and windows were dropped off. Oh did I mention they screwed up 4 of my windows when they arrived. Putting me even further behind schedule. When the installers arrived I mentioned "Steve" said my brick was bad around the windows. The installer laughs "We have seen much worse then this. Your fine" Management is terrible and treats everyone poorly. I have finally received my windows 9 months later and I am begging anyone who is looking for windows and doors to avoid this place.

I have used Alweather in the past and was more than pleased with the experience. You were recommended to me by by brother (who is more than handy with house repairs) because you did an installation at our other brother’s cottage while he was in the process of passing away from a malignant , inoperable, brain tumour on his brain stem. It all happened from first symptom, to passing away in 3 1/2 weeks. My brother who recommended you was there during the installation and was more than impressed with the professionalism of the work that was done. Recently I bought two exterior doors from Alweather doors and windows. I had used the company in the past and was pleasantly surprised at how professional and thorough they were with following up and ensuring the installation of their product went well. This time around it was a much different experience. My job was delayed by months due to a forgotten order and when the order arrived it was incorrect which resulted in us having to install the incorrect product. The doors are a fantastic addition to the home and I am very pleased with the final results. However the experience will have me shopping for alternative companies this summer when it's time to replace the windows in the house.
