love this home too. nearly everything but the price...
tiles i like and tiles i don't. want to remember
Good questions when planning new house
future reference. ha.
Okay to the high shelving but only if there's a ladder that is immediately accessible
Storage heaven
I like the clerestory lighting. Bright but controls heat.
Like the tailored look. Contrasts. Drawers everywhere...my dream.
Love the Bosch fridge and how it fits. I hate the typical pop out.
Wet room w/ built in tub.
I really want lush and shady woodland.
This kitchen really appeals to me. Cabinets to the ceiling. Mellow yet light colors like the backsplash. Love soapstone.
Saving for the paving design. Like the wading pool and shed too.
Looks awkward to reach those bath fixtures! No bueno to me.
Love open shower design. Love details of how it's heated and not drafty.
This story hits lots of the aging in place elements I want: safety, easy cleaning, easy use. Love the drawers in the kitchen. Love drawers period.
Another great shower layout. Think I would like this whole bathroom. Broad, shallow sink is interesting.
Love the layout of this shower. Also, like the lower niche, lower might always be useful for my shoulder.
Like frameless glass shower panel, towel warmer.
Separating showerhead from controls sounds like a good idea.
Yep
Interesting tile. And, lighting.
Love purple.
Love drawers, lower microwave.
Type of side yard space I'd love (if not quite so lux).
This photo made me say "ummmm." Then I realized it's in SLC. Though the deep reds aren't really me, the brass is. Probably couldn't live this minimal, but love the look.
I like the effect of that black line detail that runs around the room.
Love drawers. Think I would like a microwave lower rather than higher but this might be too low.
Love the idea of narrow behind door space then pull out shelves.
No. No. No. Not the color. Not the grime catching edges.
No. Cleaning behind that tub would be a hassle to me. Love the look but not that element. Shelf behind the tub looks a bit tricky to reach too.
Really like the tile effect. Not sure if it's a gradient in the tile color or just light effect but I love the way it appears in the photo. I'm more drawn to this blue than I usually am to blues too.
I like the way the white cabinets recede visually. At least in the photo that's the feeling.
Like the tile shape (not the color...)
I like this tile look. Article quote: “This tile has the look of wallpaper,” Houghton says. “The tiles are butted very close together and require very little grout.”
Love this request: Homeowners’ request. “A working kitchen where they could have everything at their fingertips to be able to cook and make a mess but have everything very easy to clean,” designer Amanda Heys says.
Sleek, bar legs would be easier cleaning than lots of feet.
Love the wall-mounted concept.
I like the subtle stripes using tiles of similar color but differing shapes.
I like the tile backsplash. Enough movement for interest but not busy or overwhelming.
like the big herringbone on the floor
If I have to settle for subway tile, an application like this is ok: shorter height, longer length, no attention to the grout.
I like this Daltile product. Dark blue not so much me, but in lighter turquoise...
I like this tile: "Yakedo from Emser Tile that melds several trends. It’s a glazed porcelain faux-wood tile that mimics the look created by the Japanese wood-charring technique shou-sugi-ban."
love the feeling/ambiance; would love my pink, purple, putty palette to come off this nice
