the less texture the better. how few lines can we get in a metal roof?
I may like this one the best. *** what do you like about this one? Color? Texture? Formation? Definitely has some good aspects. Getting closer! Rusty -- I like that the gaps between the stone don't seem to exist. It just has a nice texture and feels bright.
***£I love the stone, glass and wood on this house. Great example of contemporary/modern meets rustic.
A blend of contemporary and rustic.
What kind of stone is this? ****looks like white washed brick to me. I love it
Shea, Is this the color you were looking for? ****. This is moving in the right direction. Looks a little busy though.
We could add some wood elements to exterior to add some interest to the design. *** definitely! I was going to bring that up to you once we found the stone. I love the look!
Another quartzite example
Might be too gray but the looks are getting closer to the goal. ****agree
Don't love the black or the perfect symmetry but this is quartzite stone exterior.
Reclaimed wood and metal island. HATE the stools
Kitchen island with tucked away stools
This is an example of the door style.
This is an example of what she does not want. She does not want it to look like drawers and cabinets sit on top of the bases. The drawers and doors would be flush.
Cabinets Shea would like it has just enough detail to make it interesting but not full shaker. They would be painted and frameless.
This would be nice addition next to the green egg at the outdoor fireplace.
Like the wooden doors on this Parillo. Might be a fire hazard:)
Like the stone
Idea without the sink
Live edge with sink on one side
I do like the sink on the one end and the shape so people are not so far apart. So many of them are squares or people are not looking at each other. This leaves room from prep at one end and then people can sit across from each other, etc.
table height island works too but we have done more for dual purpose at counter height
counter height dining table as an island
similar layout and footprint to your open space. The dining table etc are a little weak for the idea. This is inside the llano project you previously marked.
Like the stone and wood contrast
Might be too much stone but nice guesthouse
I think I am gravitating more to a roof like this on stone houses with lots of glass in back.
Nice feel but lots of glass to clean.
Nice modern look. Is there an easy way to clean all that glass?
The layout might work. Cooking fireplace on far wall. Sink overlooking the lake, cooktop/oven opposite from sink with island in middle.
Don’t like overhead sprayer. Both sink basins should be same size. Does not have to be stainless if they make one big enough.
Commercial sink makes easy clean up
Add bench for doggy wash
The chain gutters are interesting. Do they work? Are the cheaper.
Doors are too expensive abs we have bugs but nice open feel
A soon to be renamed duplex with covered walkway. The one bedroom pool house attached has a nice roof tile
Mortar wash of the outside stone to get white. Stone guy will make us 10x10 samples of the engineered stone with the white mortar and the concrete wash if the mortar is not white enough.
