Kitchen Hood, Venetian Plaster "Concrete Finish" - Before Photo San Clemente, CA Interior Designer, None To save money, this Homeowner had their contractor build out a simple wood frame for their kitchen hood. Our client wanted a rugged plaster look for their kitchen hood in tones which coordinated with their stone counters and backsplash. Young and hip, they didn't want formal - they wanted something youthful, hip yet timeless and durable for their busy cooktop. We gave them rugged, textural/industrial and very earthy all at once.
