The main focal point of the room is the back wall of the shower which is done in Hampton Carrara Geo Mosaic Marble Tile with rectangular Legno accents. To balance the budget, the side walls were done in Carrara Gris Porcelain Gloss 12x24 tile. The entire bathroom floor is done in 12x24 Hampton Carrara Antique Brushed Marble. This bathroom, was the result of removing a center wall, two closets, two bathrooms, and reconfiguring part of a guest bedroom space to accommodate, a new powder room, a home office, one larger closet, and one very nice sized bathroom with a skylight and a wet room. The skylight adds so much ambiance and light to a windowless room. I love the way it illuminates this space, even at night the moonlight flows in.... I placed these fun little pendants in a dancing pose for a bit of whimsy and to echo the playfulness of the sink. We went with a herringbone tile on the walls and a modern leaf mosaic on the floor.

This 1930's vintage bathroom was converted back to a vintage bathroom after an unfortunate remodel in the 1960s. The custom made hex tile floor and shower floor brought back that 1930's look. 3 X 12 subway tiles for the walls brought it more up to date. Burnished Gold fixtures from Kohler and a Toto Toilet make it very 2020. Sconces provide lighting for the mirror. The vanity was custom built and the top was a cast iron Kohler top with integrated sink.

It was a fun remodel. We started with a blank canvas and went through several designs until the homeowner decided. We all agreed, it was the perfect design. We removed the old shower and gave the owner a spa-like seating area. We installed a Steamer in the shower, with a marble slab bench seat. We installed a Newport shower valve with a handheld sprayer. Four small LED lights surrounding a 24" Rain-Shower in the ceiling. We installed two top-mounted sink-bowls, with wall-mounted faucets.
