Our clients wanted a modern mountain getaway that would combine their gorgeous mountain surroundings with contemporary finishes. To highlight the stunning cathedral ceilings, we decided to take the natural stone on the fireplace from floor to ceiling. The dark wood mantle adds a break for the eye, and ties in the views of surrounding trees. Our clients wanted a complete facelift for their kitchen, and this started with removing the excess of dark wood on the ceiling, walls, and cabinets. Opening a larger picture window helps in bringing the outdoors in, and contrasting white and black cabinets create a fresh and modern feel. --- Project designed by Montecito interior designer Margarita Bravo. This stunning residence was a pleasure to design! We used classy, elegant furniture throughout the home, such as a beautiful four-poster bed, wooden study desks, a stylish chest of drawers, and beautifully upholstered seating to create tasteful interiors. Black accent walls that highlight stunning artworks and a gorgeous piano add elegance and sophistication to this home. Our clients for this project asked our Miami studio to give their house a complete facelift and renovation while they were in transit from North Carolina. The beautiful family with young children wanted to change the kitchen, master bedroom, kids suites, and living room. We loved that our clients were not afraid of colors and patterns and were always open to pushing the envelope when we incorporated certain palettes and fabrics throughout the house. We also accommodated some of the existing furniture from our clients' old home in NC. Our team coordinated all the logistics for them to move into their new home, including picking up their vehicles, managing the moving company, and having their home ready for when they walked in. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. Nestled within an established west-end enclave, this transformation is both contemporary yet traditional—in keeping with the surrounding neighbourhood's aesthetic. A family home is refreshed with a spacious master suite, large, bright kitchen suitable for both casual gatherings and entertaining, and a sizeable rear addition. The kitchen's crisp, clean palette is the perfect neutral foil for the handmade backsplash, and generous floor-to-ceiling windows provide a vista to the lush green yard and onto the Humber ravine. The rear 2-storey addition is blended seamlessly with the existing home, revealing a new master suite bedroom and sleek ensuite with bold blue tiling. Two additional additional bedrooms were refreshed to update juvenile kids' rooms to more mature finishes and furniture—appropriate for young adults.

This was a major kitchen transformation. Walls were removed. The layout was reconfigured to accommodate a large center island. Two large furniture like pantries were built, resulting in the combination of beauty and functionality. The end result is now a very large, beautiful and functional kitchen space.

This small powder room was created off from the new enlarged family room. The vanity, custom made to fit the space, has a marble top and shelf, exposed ceramic sink, vintage styled faucet. The mirror repeats the ogee shape of the tile backsplash. One of the clients bunny collection rests on the shelf. Steven Long

Très jolis WC d'invités, dans des coloris noir et blanc. Un joli carrelage sol à cabochons rétro chic, sur lequel les accessoires poubelle et brosse wc murale ont été assortis avec soin. Un petit lave-main blanc avec sa crédence noire, agrémenté d'un joli miroir ancien argenté travaillé. Le wc suspendu a une chasse d'eau très originale puisqu'elle est posée sur la tablette, et non contre le mur !
