Traditional/Contemporary Kitchen - Takoma Park, MD

A view of the kitchen from the nearby family room. We stayed true to the early 20th century style of the historic home by installing light fixtures and cabinetry styles reflective of that era. Although we hoped to keep the original heart-of-pine flooring, we had to replace it with reclaimed heart-of-pine, which closely matches the floor's original tones.
