The house with the blue kitchen

The house was designed for a family with 4 adult sons of which the youngest still lives at home. while movinig Although at the beginning of the project we defined a monochromatic house in shades of white, but with the development and progress of the process - we found ourselves flowing happily into a relaxing color scale of blues, greenish and even touches of gold. from the windows of the house You can see the Carmel mountains and a green garden which we tried to bring into the house as much as possible. the challenge Due to the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor and there is another apartment above it - it was not possible to cut in the ceilings at all and changes in the location of the lighting points were solved by lowering the ceiling which brought us to a relatively low floor height. To deal with this challenge we mainly used ceiling-mounted lighting that gave the illusion of light and space.
