The Edelmann Residence

This project the customer wanted to remove the old white balusters and install our 9/16” inch pc18/2 and 9/16” inch pc18/2 in Old World Copper color. While measuring for her baluster replacement we noticed that there was a section of handrail missing in a critical section at the bottom of the stairs. So along with the baluster replacement we installed a wall style handrail to match the existing handrail and tie it into the bottom newel post and the top newel post. And as you can see it looks like it has been installed there since the house was built. And of course this not only makes these stairs Building Code compliant but most importantly makes it safer for the homeowner to use.
