"The 2009 Lake Forest Show House"

A complete transformation has occurred; the space is now become a living, breathing room, with a life and a flavour completely its own.This is a very masculine room, as suitable for a twelve-year old boy as for an thirty-year old adult man.  The slate blue walls are effectively contrasted by the Clan Thompson tartan curtains, duvet and pillows in beige, red, black and cream, and are highlighted by other accessories in dark blues and turkey reds.Of special note is the smaller blue Indian silk taffeta plaid, seen on the bedskirt, London shades and accent pillows.  The use of two different plaids is a highlight of the designer's skill.
