Stylish bespoke home office

This bespoke home office and study was designed and built by us for a family house in Esher, Surrey. Our art and music-loving client came to us with ideas for the design of the room and the result is a stunning interior featuring wall panelling, built-in cabinetry, and a bespoke desk. It makes a powerful statement in sophistication and speaks volumes about the owner’s personal style. Customised display and storage unit The shelving unit and wall panelling have been created to showcase our client’s various artworks. The layout of the shelves in the display and storage unit are tailored around a central artwork, with shelves on either side customised for various ornaments and books and sculptures. The lower cabinets of the built-in cabinet feature a streamlined, push to open, handle less design. Here our client can stow away office equipment, files and all the other essentials of working life. Dark grey painted décor We created full room CAD visuals to explore colours, finishes, cabinetry design and furniture with our client so they could agree the final scheme and colour palette. The dark grey décor is extremely versatile and brings some drama and cosiness to the interior. The walls and shelving unit are painted in Farrow and Ball’s Down Pipe, a dark, sophisticated grey. This opulent shade makes a stunning background to art as it makes other colours against it pop. The shelving was finished in Xylocleaf Grigio Primo Fiore which has a subtle leather effect. The integrated LED lighting adds ambience and highlights artworks.
