In the dining room we carried through the statement fabric for the custom made valence that was used in the living room. We used simple sheers on the bottom section of the window as a cost saving measure as shades were not needed here.

We used a chunky grasscloth in a warm sand color and a contemporary brass chandelier that is airy enough to not block the art. A wood dining table and leather chairs fit in perfectly with the farmhouse vibe.

With a vision to blend functionality and aesthetics seamlessly, our design experts embarked on a journey that breathed new life into every corner. A formal dining room exudes a warm restaurant ambience by adding a banquette. The adjacent kitchen table was removed, welcoming diners into this sophisticated and inviting area. This showpiece dining room is really the jewel in the crown of this 1930s Colonial we designed and restored. The room is a mixture of the husband and wife's design styles. He loves Italy, so we installed a Tuscan mural. She loves Chinoiserie and color, so we added some red Chinese Chippendale chairs. The grasscloth wallpaper provides a neutral backdrop for some of the exciting standout pieces in this design. Also included are original paintings, lemon accents, and copper accents throughout.

In this project, we completely refurnished the main floor. Our clients recently moved into this beautiful home but they quickly felt the house didn't reflect their style and personalities. They hired us to redesign the layout of the main floor as the flow wasn't functional and they weren't using all the spaces. We also worked one on one with the client refurnishing their main floor which consisted of the entry, living room, dining room, seating area, and kitchen. We added all new decorative lighting, furniture, wall finishes, and decor. The main floor is an open concept so it was important that all the finishes were cohesive. The colour palette is warm neutrals with teal accents and chrome finishes. The clients wanted an elegant, timeless, and inviting home; this home is now the elegant jewel it was meant to be and we are so happy our clients get to enjoy it for years to come!

This dining room features a grey textured wallpaper lining the walls and the coffered ceiling; This matches the grey fabric covering the chairs, and the grey in the marble countertop. Intricate gold frames mount the art, and are accompanied by a mounted antelope skull.
