Keeping the bathroom feeling spacious and grand, the designer went with a glass enclosed walk in shower that is slightly recessed into the corner (technically an alcove), allowing for the space of the shower to not impact the overall feel of the bathroom.

The full renovation of this 3-story home located in the gated Royal Oaks development in Houston, Texas is a complete custom creation. The client gave the designer carte blanche to create a unique environment, while maintaining an elegance that is anything but understated. Colors and patterns playfully bounce off of one another from room to room, creating an atmosphere of luxury, whimsy and opulence.

This West Lafayette homeowner loves antiques, a passion she acquired from her beloved mom. A modern graphic B&W marble anchors the primary bedroom’s en suite bathroom. Gucci heron wallpaper wrap the walls and a vintage vanity table of Macasser Ebony sits adjacent to the new cantilever vanity sinks. A custom colored claw foot tub sits below the window.

This bathroom has a handheld shower head for easy cleaning.

A unique design adds as much counter and storage space as possible to this ensuite. A built in vanity plus a separate smaller counter top adds display space with 9 drawers and a cabinet below, as well as one cabinet above. A black faucet and cabinet/drawer pulls work perfectly with the dark gray accent wall and the black in the granite as well.

If the exterior of a house is its face the interior is its heart. The house designed in the hacienda style was missing the matching interior. We created a wonderful combination of Spanish color scheme and materials with amazing furniture style vanity and oil rubbed bronze fixture. The floors are made of 4 different sized chiseled edge travertine and the wall tiles are 3"x6" notche travertine subway tiles with a chair rail finish on top. the final touch to make this powder room feel bigger then it is are the mirrors hanging on the walls creating a fun effect of light bouncing from place to place.
