​La nouvelle salle de bain principale a été conçue à l'ancien emplacement de la cuisine. L'espace contient une douche à l'italienne sans porte (avec une niche pour les produits), un plan vasque en Corian blanc avec un meuble suspendu en placage de chêne, des toilettes suspendus et une buanderie séparée de l'espace salle d'eau par un porte en verre sablé. Le garde manger a été utilisé comme meuble en deux parties: au dessus pour rangement simple, en dessous un tiroir pour le linge sale et le linge à repasser. Les façades ont été carrelées. Creation of the harmonious and comfortable living space is the base of the work. This is a subtle and refined decision of an interior in keeping with the classic style of the XIX century.

This Scandinavian inspired blue and white bathroom features a cheerful encaustic cement tiled floor and shower pan with a bold geometric pattern. A floating natural finished maple vanity offers lots of storage via hidden drawers. Niches flanking the vanity showcase matching natural maple shelves. The blue color used in the floor tiles was matched in the Twilight Blue grout selected for the penny tiles. A skinny blue pencil liner from Kiln and Penny caps off the tiled wainscoting and carries the color around the bathroom. Photographer: Anand Deonarine

When Fawn Galli designed this Central Park space, she aimed for "a Milanese apartment with that old-world-meets-midcentury mix," combining timeless elements like our Arabescato Corchia marble, Venetian plaster walls, and blue stained concrete with modern accents like a large industrial disc sconce and a brass vanity. "I like to give a punch and pull back," Galli says of her approach, "Then I surround it with 60 percent gray."

Dans la continuité de la salle de bain, on garde le même code couleur. Note technique : Un coffrage amovible a été créé afin de facilitée l'accès au compteur d'eau.

The "Man's Lav" by Kohler provides an oversized sink for masculine appeal. The contemporary Kohler faucet coordinated with all of the shower components. Laying out the template for the vanity top, we were able to have the dark brown veins in the granite be positioned in the front of the top so it would coordinate with the rich brown color of the vanity.

Charming powder / guest room. Beautiful blue porcelain tile on floor and 8x24 ceramic tile on tub surround and behind vanity. Excellent color scheme with blue accents and neutral whites. Polished nickel Kohler Margaux fixtures. Toto toilet.

The dark cherry finish on these "Camelot" cabinets by Medallion Cabinetry added a masculine touch to this Master Bathroom. The two wall cabinets framing out the mirror provide plenty of additional storage.

Le plancher ne pouvant pas être modifié, une petite marche pour y accéder était donc à prévoir, pour placer les tuyaux évacuation d’eau.​ Leur carrelage n'étant plus fabriqués, des panneaux muraux d'un seul tenant ont été installés comme crédence de douche.​ Cette solution limite les joints et s’installent simplement en recouvrement d’un carrelage en rénovation ou dans du neuf. Légers et résistants il sont re-coupables pour s’adapter à toutes les dimensions. Le receveur de douche est en acrystone.
