A beautiful transformation journey from an old-fashioned spiritless bathroom to a refreshing bathroom. The bathroom has become much healthier and hygienic after the necessary damp survey, strip out, and repair works. The old carpet in the space was stripped out and changed with rather refreshing soft green floor tiles while soft green matt vertical wall tiles has been fitted. We were tasked to transform this long, narrow Victorian terrace into a modern space while maintaining some character from the era. We completely re-worked the floor plan on this project. We opened up the back of this home, by removing a number of walls and levelling the floors throughout to create a space that flows harmoniously from the entry all the way through to the deck at the rear of the property.

The back of this 1920s brick and siding Cape Cod gets a compact addition to create a new Family room, open Kitchen, Covered Entry, and Master Bedroom Suite above. European-styling of the interior was a consideration throughout the design process, as well as with the materials and finishes. A contemporary west coast home inspired by its surrounding coastlines & greenbelt. With this busy family of all different professions, it was important to create optimal storage throughout the home to hide away odds & ends. A love of entertain made for a large kitchen, sophisticated wine storage & a pool table room for a hide away for the young adults. This space was curated for all ages of the home.
