New Modern Lake House: Located on beautiful Glen Lake, this home was designed especially for its environment with large windows maximizing the view toward the lake. The lower awning windows allow lake breezes in, while clerestory windows and skylights bring light in from the south. A back porch and screened porch with a grill and commercial hood provide multiple opportunities to enjoy the setting. Michigan stone forms a band around the base with blue stone paving on each porch. Every room echoes the lake setting with shades of blue and green and contemporary wood veneer cabinetry.

A combination of oak and pastel blue created a calming oasis to lye in the tranquil bath and watch the world go by. New Velux solar skylight and louvre window were installed to add ventilation and light.

In this grand master bathroom, a multi-tiered chandelier hanging above the tub serves as a focal point to draw the eye up to the clerestory windows. Adding to the glam appeal is a white textured porcelain tile tub wall. The light fixture is "Mizu" from Terzani. A stately bath fit for a noble. This luxurious lavender loo delivers an elegant, airy feel in a space packed with details. From the parquet marble floors to the solid brass wall mount faucets, pedestal top sinks to the free-standing tub, this on-suite delivers grand presence and dramatic elegance. The classic lines marry seamlessly with the modern technology found in the Bluetooth capable effervescent tub, moisture sensing exhaust fan, and smart thermostat controlled radiant floors. This package conveys all the luxuries of modern living and all the style of a stately manor.

The powder room was completely reinvented. Due to the original space’s compact size, the room was kept as open and airy as possible. The custom vanity is clad in a Walker Zanger stenciled metallic stone tile. Kallista’s wall-mounted faucet and Kohler’s crystal vessel. The marble floor tile were hand painted. One-piece automated Kohler washlet.

This master bathroom remodel was a lot of fun. We wanted to switch things up by adding an open shelving divider between the sink and shower. This allows for additional storage in this small space. Storage is key when it comes to a couple using a bathroom space. We flanked a bank of drawers on either side of the floating vanity and doubled up storage by adding a higher end medicine cabinet with ample storage, lighting and plug outlets.

The compact powder room shines with natural marble tile and floating vanity. Underlighting on the vanity and hanging pendants keep the space bright while ensuring a smooth, warm atmosphere.

A spa bathroom built for true relaxation. The stone look tile and warmth of the teak accent wall bring together a combination that creates a serene oasis for the homeowner.

We took a tiny outdated bathroom and doubled the width of it by taking the unused dormers on both sides that were just dead space. We completely updated it with contrasting herringbone tile and gave it a modern masculine and timeless vibe. This bathroom features a custom solid walnut cabinet designed by Buck Wimberly.
