The guest bathroom has porcelain wall tile with a feature detail that is a marble chevron mosaic, which accentuates the shower window we had to work around. The custom cabinetry design and 2.5" mitered edge quartz counter tops make this bathroom something special.

This powder bath makes a statement with textures. A vanity with raffia doors against a background of alternating gloss and matte geometric tile and striped with brushed gold metal strips. The wallpaper, made in India, reflects themes reminiscent of the client's home in India.

The newly designed timeless, contemporary bathroom was created providing much needed storage whilst maintaining functionality and flow. A light and airy skheme using grey large format tiles on the floor and matt white tiles on the walls. A two draw custom vanity in timber provided warmth to the room. The mirrored shaving cabinets reflected light and gave the illusion of depth. Strip lighting in niches, under the vanity and shaving cabinet on a sensor added that little extra touch.

This en-suite bathroom is all about fun. We opted for a monochrome style to contrast with the colourful guest bedroom. We sourced geometric tiles that make blur the edges of the space and bring a contemporary feel to the space.

A midcentury motel print was the inspiration for the gorgeous pink wall.

Our design intent for both bathrooms was to create a contemporary, clean look that matched the high-rise unit. In the Master Bathroom, one of the focal points is the floating vanity with a super bright white acrylic finish. Manuel Pinilla acomete la reforma integral de una vivienda en el barrio sevillano de Nervión. Se trata de una casa pareada de los años 60 del arquitecto Ricardo Espiau con ciertos rasgos regionalistas que se han mantenido a pesar de las intervenciones que ha sufrido con el tiempo, incluyendo un anexo añadido al fondo de la parcela. Pinilla decide redistribuir la planta alta para conseguir dos baños donde había uno y dejar el suelo de esta planta al mismo nivel eliminando los escalones existentes.
