Our Cient was ready for a restroom remodel, (along with the rest of the house) so we started our renovation by selecting Calming and Cool colors of the ocean.....We also gave the homeowner a larger tub, for soaking and relaxing. The grey vanity was the perfect complement to the teal and white tile, and this little restroom remodel is a calming spa like oasis.

We removed a hall closet to expand the bathroom area, enabling us to create two rectangular bathrooms instead of two intertwined bathrooms. In the primary bathroom, we added a full-sized shower with a bench, as well as plenty of cabinet storage.

The simple, neutral palette of this Master Bathroom creates a serene atmosphere. The custom vanity allows for additional storage while bringing added warmth to the space. Iron pipes and pipe fittings were used to create the custom shower rod.

This sharp looking, contemporary kids bathroom has a double vanity with shaker style doors, Kohler one piece toilet and undermount sinks, black Kallista sink fixtures and matching black accessories, lighting fixtures, hardware, and vanity mirror frames. The painted pattern tile matches all three colors in the bathroom (powder blue, black and white). Raised panel doors with black hardware. Black Schluter tile trim for shower enclosure. This project was focused on eeking out space for another bathroom for this growing family. The three bedroom, Craftsman bungalow was originally built with only one bathroom, which is typical for the era. The challenge was to find space without compromising the existing storage in the home. It was achieved by claiming the closet areas between two bedrooms, increasing the original 29" depth and expanding into the larger of the two bedrooms. The result was a compact, yet efficient bathroom. Classic finishes are respectful of the vernacular and time period of the home.

Small bathroom needed simple update to modernize and improve. New tile shower with accent tile across top and in niche. Grab bars for safely entering shower and tub. New ceramic tile flooring. Built in vanity with quartz countertop and under mount sink.

We chose unique tile selections and mixed metals to create a personalized bathroom with a spa-like ambiance. The large format porcelain tile in the shower gives a bold punch of color and character. The veining in the countertop emulates the movement of the shower which ties the spaces together. We also added a heated tile flooring system and rainfall shower head to help create additional comfort and functionality.
