The original inset bath was kept and clad with Dekton ceramic cladding. The existing vanity unit was removed and an 'apron' style ceramic benchtop was added with a Laminex 'natural Teak' panel below which hid plumbing pipes. Storage was doubled and made more accessable by installing a full width shaving cabinet above the vanity with LED lighting concealed under the cabinet. The heated towel rails and the tapware are all in 'brushed gunmetal for a soft sophisticated look.

New Moroccan Villa on the Santa Barbara Riviera, overlooking the Pacific ocean and the city. In this terra cotta and deep blue home, we used natural stone mosaics and glass mosaics, along with custom carved stone columns. Every room is colorful with deep, rich colors. In the master bath we used blue stone mosaics on the groin vaulted ceiling of the shower. All the lighting was designed and made in Marrakesh, as were many furniture pieces. The entry black and white columns are also imported from Morocco. We also designed the carved doors and had them made in Marrakesh. Cabinetry doors we designed were carved in Canada. The carved plaster molding were made especially for us, and all was shipped in a large container (just before covid-19 hit the shipping world!) This remodel began as a powder bathroom and hall bathroom project, giving the powder bath a beautiful shaker style wainscoting and completely remodeling the second-floor hall bath. The second-floor hall bathroom features a mosaic tile accent, subway tile used for the entire shower, brushed nickel finishes, and a beautiful dark grey stained vanity with a quartz countertop. Once the powder bath and hall bathroom was complete, the homeowner decided to immediately pursue the master bathroom, creating a stunning, relaxing space. The master bathroom received the same styled wainscotting as the powder bath, as well as a free-standing tub, oil-rubbed bronze finishes, and porcelain tile flooring.

Replacing the deck-mounted tub with a freestanding tub greatly opened up the space, a pendant light above and beadboard detail behind added some farmhouse charm. We used the existing niche space but added new stained wood shelves to give it a refresh. All new tile, baseboard, and vanity.

This adorable Cape Cod house needed upgrading of its existing shared hall bath, and the addition of a new master bath. Removing a wall in the bath revealed gorgeous brick, to be left exposed. The existing master bedroom had a small reading nook that was perfect for the addition of a new bath - just barely large enough for a large shower, toilet, and double-sink vanities.
